I love the overall view of the picture! It shows the head and a great view of the eyes. You can see the serenity of the cat as it lounges on his/her lap. Truly wonderful!
Very original, seeing that it is your own cat and you haven't copied off of others.. I think X3.
You have a pretty good technique, yet I'm having a bit of trouble deciphering that in this picture.
